Bij opkomende hoofdpijn cq migraine rol ik Past Tense in m'n nek (net onder de haargrens) en op mijn slapen, ik masseer dit ongeveer 15 sec in. Na circa een kwartier zakt de hoofdpijn meestal. Wanneer de migraine toch doorbreekt is dit in zeer mindere mate aanwezig als voorheen. Ik hoef dan de medicatie, die voorgeschreven is door de neuroloog, niet meer te slikken. Ik ga de deur niet meer uit zonder de Past Tense roller in mijn tas.
Mar heeft tot nu toe 1x per dag doTERRA op haar nek gerold (de eerste keer ook achter haar oren maar dat vond ze te sterk) voor haar migraine-aanvallen. Ze voelt dat het stressnivo daalt en komt meer tot rust.
